Understanding your Parts and Healing from Within (IFS)

I am currently offering a structured Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy Group designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of their internal world and emotional patterns. This group provides an introduction to IFS concepts, including identifying and working with different “parts” of the self, such as protective and vulnerable parts, and strengthening connection to the core Self.
Each session includes psychoeducation, guided experiential exercises, and supportive group discussion. The focus is on increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, while offering practical tools that can be applied outside of sessions.
